• Flat pay per job — a 3-bed standard clean pays $98; most jobs work out to $30–38 an hour.
• Paid next business day by direct deposit. Tips are 100% yours.
• You choose — jobs are offered by text; take the ones that fit your day. No minimums.
• Your clients — recurring homes stay with you, so you're not re-learning a house every week.
• Backup, not blame — if you're sick, tell us; we cover it and you keep the client.

What we need

• Residential cleaning experience (professional, or serious home experience)
• Your own supplies and equipment — vacuum, mop, and the products you trust
• Reliable car, smartphone, and a background check we'll pay for
• Availability at least three weekday mornings
• Care about the details — we check every job

This is independent contractor (1099) work. You'll need a basic general liability policy — about $40/month — and we'll point you to options.
