Standard cleaning: questions
Why is the first visit priced higher?
A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned recently takes longer the first time. The first visit is Standard + 25%; every visit after that is your discounted recurring rate. You can choose a Deep clean as your first visit instead.
Can I skip a week?
Yes, from your customer portal or by texting us, with 24 hours notice. Skip three in a row and we'll check whether a different frequency fits better.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings their own professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products in your home, leave them out and tell us in the booking notes.
